We (Bill & Beverly) started our computer business back in February 1993. Back then, CD's for computers were just hitting the market and our retail store, "Multimedia Plus" was the first store in San Diego to offer a large selection of CD Software. The most popular titles included "Encarta Encyclopedia" and the game "The 7th Guest". This was before the internet became popular and only the true geeks knew what the internet was all about.
Richard joined us in October 1996 as our lead repair technician and we made the move to our current building in October 1998. We expanded the computer repair part of the business and decided to specialize in computer repairs in addition to building new computers and maintaining a good selection of computer parts and accessories. In July 2010 we moved to the smaller storefront at the east end of our building
Today, we still specialize in computer repair. We also carry a large selection of computer cables (including HDMI, USB, DVI, and Network), generic or remanufactured laser toner and ink jet cartridges, as well as monitors, keyboards, mice and most other computer accessories.
